Job DescriptionThis role provides support for a client’s grant request management system. This includes analyzing grantrequests, ensuring proper approvals, interacting with grant requestors, and interacting with clientmanagement. Familiarity with grant regulations is helpful. Detailed process orientation and superiorcommunication skills is critical.Responsibilities:Provide level 1 support to internal and external users throughout the process – from initiation through grant closeout.Perform completeness check and route requestsSends requests and coordinate with requestor for additional information (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)Conduct preliminary review to assess match for Client’s needsAct as the main point of contact for all parties regarding grant statuses – for both internal Client users and external requestorsEnsure that grants are reconciled, and proper close-out documentation is stored in the system (as applicable)Provide weekly reports on status of all activities to Client stakeholdersSelect appropriate approval group and budget codesMonitor approval group progress and follow-upSend approval letter and select correct LOA/contractMonitor and follow-up on contract executionExecute payment based on Client processRequest and process refunds based on Client processPull and review client specific reports on a weekly/monthly basisRecord and track all interactions with vendors and affiliatesAdherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)• Keep abreast of industry standards, rules, regulations and guidelinesCompetency RequirementsBackground in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatoryBackground on Grant Management preferablyGood organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environmentSuperior customer serviceAbility to multi-task and prioritizeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environmentProficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and OutlookWilling to work in Night Shift Amenable to work in Ortigas
