Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Political Science, Law or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

JOB DEscriptION:

District Legal Supervisor directly supports our Corporate Legal Officer in performing varied administrative tasks and is required to supervise the Legal Clerks in the branches under Bicol Region.

1. In charge with the over all supervision of the branches specifically of the legal department for Bicol District.

2. Responsible for the submission of all the consolidated reports for Bicol for final consolidation together with the other districts.

3. Responsible for the supervision of the legal clerks and ensure that all deliverables are being met.

4. Responsible to monitor the daily activities of the legal clerks under him and make sure that the legal clerks execute the action plans devised by the District Head and Corporate Legal Officer.

5. Responsible for all the cases filed under his district and make sure that no cases shall be delayed except for justifiable cause.

6. Responsible for the monitoring of the monthly collection of the branch and make sure that the targets are being met as set by the corporate.

7. Must be at the branches under his district as often as possible to conduct strategic planning and branch visitation relying on the instructions of the corporate lawyer.

8. Responsible for all other matters that the corporate lawyer may direct him pursuant to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities.
