Job Descriptions:
· Providing legal documents, Business contracts, policies, and legal advice to the company's executives and various departments.
· Managing disputes and litigation in the Philippines.
· Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including and not limited MOUs, NDAs, licenses, leases, sales, and purchase agreements
· Managing and monitoring intellectual rights registrations and applications in the Philippines
· Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements
· Providing internal training on legal topics
· Assisting with the preparation of all documents and announcements in relation to the Company's listing requirements, including but not limited to, statutory announcements and annual reports
· Performing other administrative and management tasks as requested by higher management.
Qualifications:
· At least (2) two years of relevant work experience as a practicing lawyer (either in-house or in private practice)
· Understand the environment of Financial Technology, the Travel Industry, Appliances/Electronics assets, and custom legal processes.
· Understand the company registration, share structuring, Transition processes, etc.
· Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues.
· Must be a dynamic multi-user with strong analytical and planning skills to be able to set priorities and tackle multiple tasks at the same time
· Attention to detail, well-organized, excellent communicator, strong interpersonal skills
· based within the area of BGC, Taguig City,
· Must be a graduate from a reputable university, a licensed attorney in the Philippines, and a Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (overseas qualification and bar admission may be considered).
