Job Description
Candidate must must be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Currently in Senior Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.Experience in PSE and SEC work is a requirement.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.Excellent written and communication skills.Applicants must be willing to work in Two World Square McKinley Hill Taguig City.

Job Description:

• Assist in supervising the Group’s Compliance Team in matters relating to Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) structured and unstructured disclosures, reports, submissions and other reportorial requirements, including monitoring the compliance by the Group’s publicly listed companies with PSE Listings and Disclosure rules, regulations, and policies.

• Manage and monitor the Group’s corporate upkeep and secretarial work, including supervising its annual stockholders, board of directors and committee meetings, and reviewing its general information sheets (GIS), board resolutions, secretary certificates and other applicable Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reportorial submissions.

• Assist in supervising the Group’s Compliance Team in the review and filing of incorporation and corporate restructuring documents.

• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, proposals and other legal documents as needed by the Group.

• Provide day to day legal advice and opinions to various internal stakeholders in the Group.

• Assist the Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in implementing the data privacy manual of the Group and its related entities in compliance with data privacy laws.

• Conduct research and analysis on laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its related entities and prepare briefs on the same for submission to the Division Head.

• Assist in monitoring the Company and its related entities’ intellectual property (IP) database, and ensure timely filing of IP requirements.

• Represent the Group, prepare communications and coordinate with the relevant government and regulatory agencies affecting the business.
