Job Responsibilities:
A. Main Functions
Mo
nitoring of Submitting Entities’ (SEs) mo
nthly submission particularly on the areas of periodicity, completeness, and accuracy;Preparing mo
nthly reports on SEs’ compliances and recommending appropriate actions for SEs that fail to fulfill the compliance metrics;Mo
nitoring SEs’ submission compliance in relation to the issuance and maintenance access credentials;Drafting and sending of Letter of Compliance (LOC) and other related correspondence;Respo
nding to inquiries, comments, requests, and disputes of SEs regarding their compliance;Coordinating and collaborating with CIMS (Data Quality Team) in addressing questions, queries, and comments with related technical issues;Building, maintaining, and organizing files and records of SEs; andEnsuring accurate recording, compilation, and reporting of SEs compliance.

valuating existing policies and procedures and, if warranted, in the development and revision thereof;Co
nducting research on issues affecting/impacting SEs compliance with RA 9510;Production of reports on any newly passed laws as well as orders and issuances of various government agencies that have potential impact on credit reporting;Updating, managing and securing the integrity of docu
mentation of SEs communication relevant to their compliance;Co
nducting fact-finding measures ba
sed on available resources submitted to verify the non-compliance issues of SEs;Planning, executing and managing compliance testing, including developing co
ntrol matrices, identifying root cause, and reporting results and reviewing work papers;Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance Mo
nitoring program and participate in ad hoc assignments; andPerform other functions as may be assigned.
