STRATEGY, DIRECTION & SALES GENERATION
1. Study and assess the Company, its customers (and touchpoints), and competition and formulate an overall target in a span of 3-6 months.
2. Identify opportunities that will enhance the clinic’s overall strategic plan with the goal of increasing profitability per clinic.
3. Perform ongoing evaluations of the clinic’s current services.
4. In charge of overseeing & analyzing the P&L and creation of action plans and recommendations based on the outcome.
OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT
1. Develop procedures for optimal customer service.
2. Handle day-to-day operations of the clinics, staff, and services, including overall profitability.
3. Attend monthly Mancom meetings, submit weekly clinic updates, and conduct weekly clinic visits.
4. Develop and monitor the annual budget, billing, and inventory
5. Hire, manage, and evaluate clinic staff.
6. Overhaul staffing protocols (for those that need improvement).
7. Respond to customer, staff, and branch needs/concerns.
8. Oversee purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
9. Ensure each clinic’s compliance with the laws, including, but not limited to, the standards set by licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
Marketing
1. Collaborate with marketing on overall strategy and formulate/implement marketing plans and promos.
2. Recommend concepts for new product offerings, and or promotions needed on a per product/brand/branch based on its perceived target market.
3. Assist in the execution & implementation of marketing collaterals and activities for the promotion of the brand/branch.
