Strategically manage the projects and commercial sales business of MCI;Execute different projects and commercial sales business activities that support the company's core values, achieve MCI's objectives, and promote Smeg's brand standards;Responsible for driving and maintaining good relationships with new and old project and commercial clients;Ensure that client concerns are resolved and is in-charge of coordinating client issues with internal teams, e.g. Project Management and Installation team;Achieve or even go beyond the agreed upon annual sales target of the company;Ensure that the products and client service level meet the quality of standards of the company and its principal;Ensure that the products supplied to the client/partner are based on the company's contractual obligations with them;Ensures smooth, efficient and profitable operations of the project and commercial sales business;Directs and controls projects and commercial sales operations affecting sales and services in order to achieve its goals and objectives;If the need arises, hire the right people for the business and is in charge of orienting personnel on the company-wide policies, procedures, and promotional plans to ensure consistency of implementation and smooth operations in project sites and commercial areas;Sales Report creation and submission to the Head of Sales;Other related tasks that may be assigned as needed;

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field;At least five (5) years of working experience as Sales Manager - for projects and/or commercial sales;Has experience in the appliance industry or similar;Can work with limited supervision;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Excellent nterpersonal skills;Proven success rate in achieve sales targets;May be required to visit project sites;Amenable to work in Buendia, Makati City;Urgent need! Can start as soon as possible;
