The Account Executive role will be responsible on the sales and marketing of assigned product lines and achieve sales activities within specified time scale as directed by the Company Leader.
· Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve and exceed targeted sales and activities within specified time scales as directed
· Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
· Maintain, identify, and develop sources of potential clients
· Maintain strategic relationships with key clients, key decision makers, KOLs
· Effectively communicate with clients via phone, face-to-face and written communication, and gain commitment to purchase
· Propose, plan, develop, and implement clinical marketing activities and liaise with Marketing Manager
· Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits, overcome client objections.
· Develop and maintain relationships in accounts and related organizations which benefit both client and the business
· Report to Immediate Head of client feedback/comments relating to product content, pricing, as well as company performance
· Lead distributors for effective selling process and sales monitoring
· Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
· Keep abreast of the competitor activity and recommend any unnecessary tactical action
· Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products.
· Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities
· Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients
· Handle correspondence related to all selling activities
· Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures
