This is why our hiring philosophy is to open up and give equal opportunity to any talent regardless of where they are today in pursuit of education.Job DescriptionThe Channel sales team is responsible for selling and executing channel sales plans through customer management, channel development activities and selling capabilities.Scope of Responsibility Accounts/Customer Sales ManagementDelivery of accounts revenue and volume targetsExecution of agreed channel and customer KPIs (availability, pricing, display and activations)Regular coverage of accounts in assigned areas to accomplish sales and collection callsConducts business reviews and negotiations to drive wet market revenue and availability Channel development and business building activitiesCreates channel business plans based on market intelligence and competitive informationLooks for other channel and customer opportunities to create other revenue sources or increase profitabilityLeads or participates in channel projects that will improve customer and shopper experience Administrative WorkBudget ManagementSales forecastingMaintenance of customer database and account recordsOther sales related administrative work as required Accounts business plansImplementation of growth plans and marketing activitiesQualificationsEducation and TrainingDegree qualification in business related disciplineAccounts and Customer ManagementExperienceField sales experience handling various types of customersKnowledgeable in business and market analysisStrong organizing and planning skills
