DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the creation, consolidation and management of BP channel analytics and maintenance of PAD Dashboards. Is also responsible for the timely processing and end-to end accreditation of all channel partners.
Create strategic and tactical support to enable Channel Services and PAD operations.
a. Consolidates and analyzes all partner-related data vis-a-vis set targets
i. Overall channel sales performance
ii. Sales trends and gaps
iii. Revenue contributions
iv. Data comparisons
b. Creates and maintains PAD Dashboards
i. Partner performance monitoring
ii. Sales and analytics database management
iii. PAD Performance Dashboard
Ensure proper and timely accreditation of sales partners within agreed SLA
a. Accreditation of Business Partners and Tactical Sellers
i. Screening of documentary requirements
ii. Coordination with Globe Sales and partner candidates on accreditation
compliance
iii. Presentation of candidate to the Sales Head
iv. Accreditation filing via Memo App
v. Salesman ID and Dealer code creation request2
b. Formal cascade of new Business Partners to SG
c. Partner Contracts coordination with Legal and Sales Services
d. Safekeeping of Business Partner Contracts (Hard and Soft Copies)
REQUIREMENTS
A. Work Experience
a. At least two-year experience as Admin / Accounting / Sales Analytics
b. Optional: at least one-year experience in Marketing
c. IT/Telco, Retail / FMCG Industry Experience
d. Must be good in written & oral communication3
e. Working knowledge of excel / database management

This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
