The Financial Reporting (FR) Manager overseas the preparation of the SEC and Audit requirements. The position is responsible for providing support to the management in determining whether proposed transactions are entered into in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ensure that all actions are executed within the parameters, objectives, and guidelines established by the management. He/She is in charge for the mentoring and management of the members of FR officers and analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in AccountancyCertified Public AccountantAt least 5 yrs experience in accounting and audit with 3 yrs in managerial/supervisory roleExperience in using Financial and Accounting Software Application such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite is a plus
