The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.The GI2C BP Manager is responsible for end-to-end GS Finance I2C flex pool onboarding and coordination. Scope includes helping to shape and operationalize future state GS finance I2C operating model, processes, and talent strategies. This role will provide exposure across different I2C processes (Cash App, Credit Management, Collections & Disputes Management) within J&J. We look forward to working with strong individuals who are agile in learning new processes, have a forward-looking mindset, and are adaptable to the varying business needs. Key Responsibilities:1. Key Deployment ActivitySupport the transformation of GS Finance SigniFi deployments with a primary focus on leading the implementation of a robust I2C flex pool of talent (the Bench Pool or BP), which includes helping to shape and operationalize as part of the future state GS finance operating model, global processes, and talent strategies.2. Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo3. Focus on Strategy & Design workstreams to develop end-state strategies and scenarios·   Responsible for the workstream leading the success & readiness of Global Services Finance’s I2C flex pool of talent, through shaping and operationalizing the program to support the ongoing Finance transformation initiatives.·   Lead the I2C flex pool of talent operationally to ensure governance of deployment and replenishment are managed effectively with the responsible Team Leads·   Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas·   Partner with key stakeholders (such as Deployment and Transformation leads, service delivery teams, and other enabling teams) to help shape and identify the need for the flex pool of talent·   Coordinate strategy to execution planning with deployment & delivery teams·   Play a crucial part in projecting future project and operational resource needs, anticipating / projecting / forecasting the flex pool size (Up/Down) over time/quarters will be key4. Talent Management·   Attract, develop, and retain a highly competent, high-performing, motivated, and diverse Credo-based team·   Develop succession plans for and support the career development of the team as it relates to the I2C flex pool of talent·   Support talent strategy through the I2C flex pool not only across the global hubs (Manila, and potentially Bangalore in the future) but also the regions and their hubs (Tampa, Prague, Bogota, etc) depending on where the peaks will be·   Ensure effective performance management within the team5.     Be a Trusted Business Partner·   Lead the overall Global Services Finance’s I2C flex pool program in partnership with the different enabling teams such as Deployment and Transformation as well as Learning and Development to ensure it is robust and meets the needs of both the talent and the customers.·   Champion & influence strategy & solutions demonstrating strong business acumen·   Work closely with the HR Talent Acquisition team, sharing timely the demand for resources as well as working with them on the profiles of the resources while having an external view of labor market dynamics.6.     Create Game-Changing Innovation·   Lead the Continuous Improvement efforts of the new operating model, processes, and technology·   Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications·   Engage with stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of workingQualifications - ExternalEducation·   A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.·   CPA, CMA, MBA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.Required·   At least 8-12 years of professional experience is required.·   At least 4-7 years of Management / Supervisory experience is required.·   Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements.·   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.·   Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.·   Strong Analytical Skills.Preferred·   Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO.·   Experience in Global Accounting for a large multi-state company.·   Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.·   Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.·   Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge.·   Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.Other·   This position will require up to 0-5% % international travel.·   Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel.·   Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments in the Americas / EMEA / Asia.·   Lead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assigned.·   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.·   Fluent English, other language skills desirable. Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
