EMAPTA is looking for a Customer Account and Credit Specialist to support our US based client, StoneCalibre.

Position Summary: The customer account and credit specialist manages and completes all internal requests for new customer accounts and/or updates the existing accounts in accordance with company policies to ensure the data integrity and quality of customer master data.

Accurate setup, review and maintenance of Customer Master Data in the appropriate business unit.Review customer data submitted by Customer services or other requestors for accuracy and completeness.Follow company processes to ensure SOX and internal co
ntrol compliance.Grant appropriate terms for new and existing customers following department guidelines.Manage customer relatio
nships (their AP departments) across multiple business units and ensure the same terms and collection process.Develop mo
nthly customer aging reports for assigned business units with proposed actio
nsCollect information for other business units and develop a total CalibreScientific summary mo
nthly customer aging report.Generate ad hoc customer sales reports to support activities.Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.Use a variety of collection activities, including Make outbound collection calls in a professio
nal manner while keeping and improving customer relatio
nsResolve client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.Review and mo
nitor assigned accounts and all application collection reports.Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.Manage customer collections process with appropriately and timely communication and follow up.Work with collections, if necessary, to ensure payment of delinquent accounts.Provide management key reports on a timely basis to ensure proper transparency and follow up.
Qualifications
Experience in BPO Setting is a mustGraduate of degree in accounting, finance, or related courseMinimum 1-3 years’ experience in the same roleProficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Spreadsheet and Accounting softwareAble to exercise discretion and maintain strictest levels of co
