The Funds division is tasked with supporting Citco Fund Services in maintaining market leadership in hedge fund administration through supporting CFS’s Investor Relations Teams and Fund Accounting Teams globally by: 

Handling investor document indexing, investor transaction/statement processing, and investor data management; andPerforming various back office processes around Fund Portfolio Maintenance including trade capture, reconciliation, and bookkeeping tasks.

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role

You will assist in the preparation of the team’s reporting deliverablesYou will be required to design reports based on the provided requirements by the businessYou will supervise the work performed by Reporting teamYou will participate in training of team members; assisting the management team in preparation and execution of staff development plansYou will monitor and ensure that reports are properly executedYou will ensure adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reportsYou will develop and monitor Service Level AgreementsYou will maintain knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environment as it effects our services and/or clientsYou will participate in projects when required

about You:

You are a Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/EconomicsYou have 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably Investor Relations and/or Client Service relatedYou have 3+ years of experience supervising staffProficiency in ExcelAble to manage large sets of dataQlik knowledge an advantage
