Job Description
Introduction :
The Investment Director (ID-CCG) role is a senior management role based out of Clark Global City Philippines which oversees all investment functions of Domenic Romanelli (DR) property, corporate as well as cash and non-cash assets. Investment Director for high-level analytic skills, brilliant management ability and at least five years’ experience. Duties and responsibilities As the role responsible for managing all finance and accounting operations, it’s critical that ID role is to capture the breadth, diversity of the investment portfolio and leadership responsibility which goes with the seniority of the position.
The ID’s duties and responsibilities generally include:
• Developing a strategy for DR, including a. Risk Minimization b. Improving efficiencies in managing the assets c. Identifying new investment opportunities for asset growth
• High-level financial reporting and analysis on DR’s investments. a. Quarterly Income and Cash Flow Statements b. Annual Consolidated Balance Sheets
Management of various Stakeholders a. Legal Service Providers b. Real Estate Service Providers c. Accountants and Auditors d. Architects and Construction Companies
• Robust Debt management and growth
• Insuring Statutory and Regulatory Compliance across all jurisdictions in which the DR assets reside including subsidiaries of those main corporate entities
Job Qualifications
The Investment Director (ID) as mandatory is required for one or several degrees and extensive experience managing finance teams, preparing, and analyzing reports and making improvements to fiscal tools and systems. Relevant qualifications are in the fields of:
• Finance or Economics
• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Business Law In addition to bachelor’s or master’s level degrees, Mandatory for the ID to have multiple CPA (Certified Practicing Accountants) or CA (Chartered Accountants) program. This globally and within-country-recognized program denotes high professional competency. The ID is required to keep these current and demonstrate current compliance in these programs by Dec 31 of each year of employment.
