ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist in preparing the documentary requirements related to sales and/or leasing (i.e. Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract of Lease, etc.)To regularly update the availability chart/s of assigned project/s as neededTo assist in performing any needed after sales services and contribute in providing timely and effective resolutions on any issues or concernsTo properly check and monitor customers’ submission of documentary requirements and other pending items needed for processing and/or filingTo assist in preparing business memos and/or letters as requiredTo assist in handling general customer queries and feedback related to sales and/or leasingTo properly endorse interested parties, esp. potential clients, tenants, and/or business partners, to Management for timely engagement and coordinationTo regularly collaborate with Immediate Superior and/or other relevant departments on client-related activities and other tasks or requirementsTo contribute in conceptualizing and implementing sales or leasing activities and programsTo assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales or leasing activities and programs being implementedTo assist in coordinating with clients or tenants on payments and raise issues as needed To assist in preparing reports for Management and/or other departments as neededTo comply with related government and real estate laws that the company or project is subject toTo implement and/or comply with standard company policies and processesTo perform other tasks to be assigned from time to time
