RESPONSIBILITIES
High attention to details
1.Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
2.Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
4.Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
5.Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
6.Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
7.Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
8.Provides ad-hoc reports as needed i.e., bandwidth/internet usage report per entity, sales, accounts receivables, etc.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1-2 years experience
2. Solid background and experience in Sales
3. Can do Full-Time
