PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible in guiding and supervising the Dealer Zone Officers. He is also responsible in monitoring the work process and output of all dealership personnel.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise dealer’s target & contribute action plans in order to improve KPI output per dealer.Accomplishes dealer staff job results by intensive monitoring & proper guidance in order to achieve customer satisfaction.Ensures consistent communication with Dealers & Dealer Operations Officers in order to accomplish related results as needed.Timely conducts monitoring & implement corrective action plan in order to accomplish results as needed. Contributes to team effort in terms of aftersales support in order to practice & accomplish right processes.Conducts regular visit and performance reviews with dealers and agree corrective actions where required.Monitors daily deliverables of Dealer Zone Officers & reports directly to immediate head.

8.      Receives and address direct concerns thru following:

a.      Customer

b.     Dealership

c.      Fleet

d.     Inter department (UAAGI/FMPI)

e.     ASC (Accredited Service Centers)

9.      Ensures compliance with ISO policies and procedures

10.  Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

FOTON MOTOR PHILIPPINES, INC. (FMPI) is an ISO certified company and is the first automotive assembly plant in Clark Freeport Zone with a line capable of producing 12, 000 vehicles annually. The 11-hectare assembly plant was officially opened and inaugurated in the year 2016. The plant operation is completed through its three major facilities namely Unit Assembly in Building A, Parts warehouse and Pre-Delivery Inspection in Building B and Body Fabrication in Building C. It now serves as the source of locally-assembled passenger and commercial vehicles. Apart from the production of vehicles for business and leisure, the establishment of the FOTON Clark Assembly Plant also aims to improve the Philippine economy by employing a sizable workforce of Filipino engineers and technical personnel.
