Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
1. Generating target revenue
2. Management of new and existing client pool. Getting in touch with clients for invitation to pre-bid briefings, pitch presentations, strategic and planning discussions for upcoming projects
Planning and Coordination:
1. Shall coordinate with the Head of Business Development on project proposals, costings and particulars
2. Shall coordinate with the Creatives team on presentation decks
3. Shall coordinate with Admin and Finance department for accreditation requirements
Management Support:
1. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company
2. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Job Specifications:
Education: Acquired bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing and the likes
Experience: 3- 5 years of Solid Client & Account Management experience within the Marketing Industry
