ROLE SUMMARY:
As our Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients. The incumbent officer shall handle the most important client accounts of the company and will serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.

Understand client needs and offering solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).Build business relatio

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Has a strong experience in client/account managementRequired Skills: strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficient.Preferences: With sales experience in food and beverage transacting with hotels and restaurants; knowledgeable in coffee products/machines and accessories.
