The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.Job Description:Be responsible for educating, developing & nurturing prospectsCreate target prospects lists and penetrate key accountsCold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sourcesIdentify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycleProfile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycleQualify, set appointments & for management to connect with potential clientsDemonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, linkedIn and other social mediums;Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with the management.Collaborate with team members on strategic sales approachEnsure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:A self starter with a background in Business to business sales (preferably in the recruitment space)Not Afraid to pick up the phone, this is an outbound calling position.Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients form a number of different backgrounds.Other Experience and Skills preferred:College Education preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeTime Management skillHighly Organized and Strategic thinkerEffective in-person and electronic communication abilityHigh energy & ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically*The hiring process will take place virtually. only applicants who have been shortlisted will be contacted within the next 24-48 hours of submitting their application.
