Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in Retail or Food industry is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Site/Business Development or equivalent.Willing to be assigned in One Ecom, Moa Pasay City

Our Site Development Assistant Manager, is responsible for site acquisition activity for business expansion. He/She ensures all parameters, necessary requirements are covered prior to acquisition.

This role focuses on

Key implementor of the parameters and tools being used in site acquisition to open profitable store.For site sourcing potential and future site acquisitions.Making sound negotiation based on science, prevailing market status and etc. to make a cost-efficient store.Responsible in reviewing, monitoring and closing all correspondences based on ideal provisions from legal.Timely processing, monitoring, reporting and aligning all progress of necessary requirement and concerns on site acquisition.Responsible for creating current and future partnership such Lessor’s, third parties, and governmental agencies.
