Required skills knoweldge:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.Candidate must possess excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.Proficiency in Financial Modeling is a plus.Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and data-gathering skills.Strong quantitave and qualitative competency is an advantage.With finance and/or research background (internship experience can be considered).Background in Consumer and/or Property Industry is an advantage.

Job Functions:

Gathering and processing of all financial, operational, and various investor-related data on Alliance Group of Companies, as well as other groups in the industry.Providing assistance to the Investor Relations Team in its various activities including (but not limited to) preparation for annual reports and sustainability reports, as well as the numerous client meetings, conferences, and analyst briefings the Group participates on a regular basis.
