Job Responsibilities:
• Creates and manages new and existing product development pipeline portfolio to ensure successive annual roll-outs of value-adding profitable products to achieve the company’s growth targets.
• Collaborates to drive customer to concept process to bring new products to the market
• Identifies marketing opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share,
competitor market share, and trends.
• Provides leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of products by initiating research to identify consumer needs.
• Work with suppliers to oversee the entire product development process and identify packaging and formula improvements, and other co-pack opportunities to save costs.
• Perform market research to identify new trends and product opportunities for the company.
• Create a product deck for all new and existing products bearing complete and factual information of our products.
• Train and educate the marketing and customer support team about our products for proper
dissemination of information.
• Perform and manage quality checks and analysis for our production batches.
• Serve in cross-functional roles & responsibilities in support of corporate objectives.
• Lead role of the Product Development Team
• Participation in Sales & Marketing Planning process
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Development role for a beauty brand, skin care line or FMCG.
• Ability to clearly communicate and present vision and ideas;
• Technical knowledge of regulatory compliances
• Results driven, highly organized and able to prioritize workloads with competing priorities and
deadlines;
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to constantly raise the bar
• Quick learner, ability to make decisions and support such positions
