Responding to the need for highly competent, skilled, result-oriented yet cost-effective lawyers, two senior and outstanding litigation, corporate special projects and tax lawyers left their promising careers at the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (“Accralaw”) and combined their talents and skills with a highly effective labor, banking, and litigation lawyer on 01 June 2002. Soon after, another former senior litigation lawyer of Accralaw and erstwhile Undersecretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (“DENR”) and Deputy Commissioner for Legal Affairs of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) joined them. Thus, the Ubano Sianghio Cabantac and Sta. Romana Law Offices or USCS Law was established.
USCS Law is firmly committed to providing clients with the highest quality and most efficient and effective legal service. To carry out this professional mission, USCS Law operates under the same system, organization and management principles obtaining in institutional law firms but without the inherent drawbacks. The result is a high-quality, quick-response, result-oriented yet cost-effective full-service law firm.
Recognizing that professional competence is the cornerstone of USCS Law’s organization and existence, every USCS Law lawyer constantly strives for and maintains the highest standard of legal competence in client service.
Like any successful institutional law firms, USCS Law has an organizational structure that combines specialization with general practice and mobilizes the talents of its lawyers under a total service concept.
