EMAPTA is looking for a Program Administrator to join our growing team!
Our client-partner is on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the well-being of coming generations. They predominantly achieve this through delivering school camps to Primary and High Schools and also work with universities, accommodation providers, and other groups.

Role Description:
In this role, you will be a powerhouse administrator that enables our programs to be executed smoothly. The role can be summed up into 3 major components:
Providing administrative assistance to help with the delivery of school camp programsProcessing bus and equipment hire on CRM and email-ba
sed customer serviceBusiness-specific administration that ensures the co
ntinual running of the company.
All training will be provided, and specific tasks may include things such as:
Creating food plans for school camps on Microsoft ExcelCreating itineraries for camp programs using google maps, with timings included.Adding third-party provider information to their growing databa
se – using o
ntraport CRMKeeping up to date with routine bus maintenance checks, and booking mechanic appointments.Working with Asana project management software to collaborate with team members on camp-specific tasksAllocating receipts in Xero accounting softwareHelping to docu
ment and organize operating procedures (usually with screen recordings)Participating in weekly team meetings with reportingOffering email-ba

The Ideal Candidate will be:
A powerhouse administrator! This title doesn’t come easy.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and using cloud softwareHighly skilled communicatorProcess-orientated, and a systematic thinkerA rigorous advocate for our core valuesHighly detail-oriented, with an eye for finding small errorsExperience in administration or high academic marks will be highly regarded.
