Job Summary:
The Vice President (VP) provides technical assistance to the Board Governance Committee (BGC) in the discharge of its duties and responsibilities under the BGC Charter; executes mandated supervisory duties and responsibilities; monitors and ensures efficient delivery of services expected from the CGO; leads/directs monitoring and updating of relevant laws, rules and regulations affecting the Corporation; spearheads the updating of the Compliance Register (CR) and the Standard Operating Guidelines and Instructions (SOGI) on Monitoring of Compliance Obligations; implements internal and external capability building activities on Corporate Governance; and monitors the provision of technical /secretariat support services to the BGC.
