Work Location: Clark, PampangaShift / Working Arrangement: Morning / Onsite Key Role Accountabilities: This is an important sales supporting role that helps us to sell and deliver our high quality IT services and IT products to our clients. Assist with procurement for existing clients, via generating quotes on IT products and services, getting feedback from clients and updating quotes, ordering products and logistics. Monitoring ticket queues for Sales and Quote requests, and assist with prioritization Responsible for entering time in Autotask against the various categories of activity, and updating open and new opportunities. Support the Account Management Team by scheduling important meetings between our senior staff and the client (such as the Technical Business Reviews), creating sales documents and quotes, generating sales related reports and related supporting tasks. Gathering data and completing important sales-related documentation to assist the Sales and Client Relationship Team Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in Autotask within defined policies and procedures document internal process and procedures when requested. Configure the contracts and renewals within Autotask software and onboarding of the Administration elements related to Account Management in relation to Autotask and relevant application that consists of our Managed Service Perform Administration duties in relation to client contracts and services for example assisting with the Technical Business Reviews, assisting with scheduling of security training, reviewing and reporting on device warranties Assist with other Sales support and admin dutiesSkills Requirement:Proficient with general office applications. Accuracy and attention to detail. Enjoy working with customers and external audiences. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Skill in preparing written communications and materials. Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry. Interest and passion in technology Time Recording High degree of accuracy when documenting work onto systems and recording information onto tickets.
