QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree21-40Willing to work under pressureWith at least 2 years' experience in handling building and admin role.With knowledge in facilities and equipment maintenance including offense layouts.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance, and order in the building.Coordinates with Finance & Purchasing all office supplies requirements.Monitors and reviews Admin Facilities related purchase request and budget availabilityProvides resolution of technical and operational issues that may arise related to the building facility.Proper allocation and scheduling of employee's shuttle service, coordination with each employee for the drop-off and pick point.Oversee and ensure regular performance of various officer repairs and maintenance activities such as but not limited to aircon, pest control, housekeeping, carpet cleaning, water supply, office facilities, furniture and fixtures.Conducts regular inspection of company facilities to ensure premises are well-maintained.Monitors and ensures regular preventive maintenance of company vehicles.Attend to various request of the departments such as meeting room reservation, transportation services, client area preparation, daily building complaint and requirements.Perform other tasks that are deemed necessary.
