Job Description

Join our Business Enablement Service (BES) team to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a Business Enablement Service professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help SGV/EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients and win in the marketplace for SGV/EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within Business Enablement Service include Finance, Information Technology Services, People Team, Learning and Development, Brand & Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, Business Support Group.

Job summary: The Branch Admin Staff will act as a point of contact for all employees based in SGV Davao, and will address their concerns in the area of Talent and Compliance. Main duties include, but are not limited to, coordination with key stakeholders from the head office (SGV Makati) and supports full implementation of office policies to support business requirements. The staff may also provide administrative support to other key BES units from time to time.

Key responsibilities:Will liaise between the key Managers and key stakeholders of various BES units related to the following operations:

Coordinate and provide logistical support for various HR activities including Recruitment and Talent Management.Assist in pre-onboarding of new employees and ensure completion of pre-employment requirementsOrganize and spearhead branch events and social activities like Christmas Party, Alumni Homecoming, Branch Outing, etc. Assist staff compliance requirementsEffectively edits and formats client deliverables with speed and accuracy to meet deadlinesPrint files after ensuring that all necessary corrections are affectedBacks up daily work into the RPS network space, and report management system (keeping client files)

To qualify, candidates must have:

college graduate/senior of any course (computer-related)Proficient in:Microsoft applications (specifically formatting tables in MS Word)TypingExperience as a coordinator for various office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies is highly preferredTeam player with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills
