Duties and Responsibilities

Receive all claims.Collates/gathers all actual hospitalization expenses incurred based on the statement of accounts and official receipts.Prepares Transmittal/Denial/Requirement letters/Update Claims Adjudication System (CAS).Entertains inquiries, complaints of policyholders, certificate holders, agents, brokers in the office/telephone.Coordinates with Medical Department regarding questionable claims

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.With working experience in filing, documentation and data encoding is an advantageBackground and knowledge in Insurance or in a related field is an advantageMust be hardworking, honest and responsible.Can work with minimum supervision.Willing to work onsite in Makati City.Preferably can start asap.
