Here are some key responsibilities that our Recruitment onboarding Officer must fulfill:
1. Facilitates the end-to-end processing of pre-employment requirements (e.g., Medical Certificate, government-mandated documents, etc.) and ensures that new talents are deployed within the turnaround time
2. Conducts background checking of applicants before their starting date by coordinating with character references provided by the applicants
3. Administers all pre-employment and onboarding activities and coordinates with respective departments within SEAOIL (e.g., ID and work tools issuance, ATM and bank application for new hires, onboarding date, etc.)
4. Spearheads the proper upkeep of 201 files of the corporate personnel
5. Updates and monitors pre-employment requirements report to ensure its accuracy and timeliness
6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of solid experience in the end-to-end processing of employee requirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resource or other related fieldExcellent communication and interperso
nal skillsProven experiences in project management and handling of administrative tasks
