Maintaining HR Information System (HRIS): ensure HRIS is accurately updated on a timely manner to reflect all organizatio
nal changes.Providing Technical Support: Assist in basic technical support submitted via email, MS Teams, AskHR and AXA Angel for our HRIS and timekeeping systems. Escalate any out-of-scope issues to IT or vendor support.Generating Reports: Provide mo
nthly roster or ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders.Automation Management: Run daily RTB automation for Total Rewards. If needed, assist in automation design to support HR processes.Vendor Management: Ensure that new contracts, co
ntract renewals and payments are processed and applied on time. If needed, accruals need to be done by the end of the year.Provide orientation to new hires during First Day High on HR Systems

This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
