Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Under moderate direction, effectively support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and execution of strategies. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and relationship building. Work within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher complexity and coordination. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day to day client relationships, visiting clients where neededProvide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projectsMay serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the ClientSupport various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/MKT communication strategyPrepare Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysisParticipate as team member in establishing and presenting advertising plan directionEnsure account and project management are continually aligned and executed timely and accuratelyMaintain regular communications with cross functional teams and clientsHelp account manager to manage the Client’s budgets and work within themActive participation in monthly team finance meetingsSupporting role for the budget controller within the account teamSupport new client development and competition PT; identify and share industry’s status, client’s changes and other information continuouslySupport proposing to expand current client’s MKT budget; collect information on market trends and competitor’s trend

 SKILL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.Must be a team player;Must be self-driven and highly motivated;Must be aggressive and energetic;Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;Helpful and accommodating nature;Willing to put an extra effort whenever required;Ability to work effectively both in an office-based and field work environment;
