The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will handle the implementation of Consumer Loan transactions, which includes timely and accurate processing and delivery of loan releases, payments, and after-sales services in accordance with the approved terms and conditions, bank policies, procedures, accepted accounting principles, regulations of Bangko Sentral and other government agencies.
How you'll contribute
Maintains and affirms that both general and subsidiary ledgers are matched thru proper review, balancing, and mo
nitoring in coordination with sales, branches, MIS, and FINCON to ensure that daily transactions are properly accounted for and prevent audit exceptions.Ensures that Promissory notes/Disclosure Statement (PNDS) and other vital docu
ments are prepared, notarized, and transmitted to Custodian and co
ncerned Units within the agreed turn-around-time (TAT) to comply with the agreed SLA.Ensures that repricing schedules are religiously being mo
nitored and prepared accurately and are being sent to co
ncerned units within prescribed TAT to comply with the agreed SLA.Handles processing of co
nsumer loan products ba
sed on approved instructions, procedures, and guidelines to book, release proceeds, post payments, and do necessary reconciliation, and account of loans within prescribed TAT.Maintains timely rediscounting of loans with BSP By ensuring all necessary docu
ments are properly prepared, endorsed, and applied to BSP rediscounting facility and co
ncerning lending, units are advised accordingly o
nce approved.
