What will your day look like
This role manages and coordinates BG&C activities relating to operations of various business units in Manila – key control testing, risk awareness, risk assessment (automation and process changes), events management, audit support, risk reporting, risk profiling, and compliance management. One will be able to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role through exemplifying ICARE values and applying in depth-analysis of risk data to be able to provide accurate advice to the business.
The role requires successful engagement with a variety of stakeholders to arrive at a better understanding of issues/risks, their root causes, and recommend effective yet commercially sound risk-balanced actions/solutions. A collaborative approach is also required to successfully influence key stakeholders (who ultimately own the risk).
