The primary role of a Finance Accounting Assistant is the following:
Ensure payments are processed and released on time or as required.Banking transactions are carried out correctly, efficiently, and on time.Preparation and issuance of the Certificate of Withholding TaxFiling/safekeeping of vouchers and other docu
ments.Proactively provide support and assistance to other teams in compliance with various requirements.Co
ntribute to meeting the overall objective of the Finance Team.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course.At least one (1) year in basic office administration and/or accounting work.Computer Literate (MS Office and other Accounting Software)Knowledgeable in basic taxation and different accounting standards relating to payables.Knowledgeable in banking transactions.Proficient at numbers; has capacity for details and accuracy.Must have strong initiative and a high tolerance for stress.Should have good communication skills and be an effective team player.Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
