Job Responsibilities

Run Daily and Weekly Sales in Ecommerce Platform ( Shopee,Lazada and Tiktok)Reconcile Sales Details and Encode in Accounting System.Reconcile Daily/Weekly Withdrawals of Funds in the Platform.Printing of Sales Invoice per Customer.Lazada and Shopee filing ofClaims.Updating Daily Report required by the Head.Other task will be given from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Accountancy/Financial Management or any related course.1-3 years in Accounts Receivable - with e-commerce experience is a plus.Can work on flexible hours and can render during weekends if needed.Knowledgeable in Accounting System.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:Can speak fluent EnglishProficient in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
