Job Description
Permanent Work from home: Accountant
Employment type: Full-time position
Operations: Monday-Saturday and we work flexible hours
Should be able to work within 8 PM - 12 NN window
RATE:
250/hour Full time, 8 hours daily,
BENEFITS:

Requirements:
Must be able to submit the following Pre-employment requirements;
- Gov't issued IDs with Picture and Signature on it (i.e Driver's ID, Passport)
- Pagibig, Philhealth, SSS, TIN and UMID ID.
- PSA Bcert
- Recent COE
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance, and
- References (3 previous managers/supervisors and their updated contact#)
- 2 copies of 1x1 ID photo taken within the last 6months from the date of application.
Must have your OWN equipment;
- Minimum of 8GB RAM, i5 processor
- Minimum 30 MBPS speed for the internet.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform and manage full cycle month-end close process including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Produce clear, well-structured documentation that supports reporting needs and audit processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements/reporting for the organization.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring elimination across entities.
• Prepare tax documents
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience with full cycle bookkeeping.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Strong experience of managing high volume of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to fine detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles with the ability to identify and recommend new approaches and processes.
