Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in searching for potential opportunities aligned with the Company's strategic plan or 5-year roadmap.Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in managing the project development cycle from business case preparation to approval.Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in developing the Project Concept with consultants as aligned with the Business Case with the objective of getting the Project Award.Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in setting up the governance structure for the business unit. In addition, supports the hiring of key positions in the organizational chart.Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in preparing the Business Implementation Plan together with the core team, if the latter has been formed. Supports the core team.
