MicroSourcing is looking for a Website/SEO Manager for one of its US-based clients!

Job Responsibilities:

Implement, review and analyze websites to ensure they are well-optimized and ranking for key search terms in GoogleImplement SEO-related changes to websitesIdentify opportunities for engaging contentAnalyze websites for SEO improvements on and off siteAssist with ongoing keyword research to identify short and long-tail keyword opportunitiesMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance on Google for target keywords to identify opportunitiesResearch and analyze competitor backlink profilesExecute best practice whitehat link building strategiesProvide weekly and monthly reporting for key SEO metrics through reporting toolsProvide both high-level and granular SEO reports that are both visual and relevantCreate channel-specific messaging and weekly content plans for social posts for all social channelsCreate dynamic and compelling social posts exploring Various topicsCopywriting and editing for website, emails, blog posts, and social media channelsMaintain, audit and update company websites and all digital assetsManage website content to make sure all business segments and pages are updatedAnalyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presenceDevelop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site stickiness to encourage repeat usageMonitoring the latest technology and digital marketing trends and serving as a subject matter expert for digital marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in digital marketingMonitor digital marketing trends to enhance content writing strategiesSchedule and publish blog postsConduct high-quality researchEdit and proofread copy as neededSource images and other contentAbility to write for different platforms, including but not limited to, mobile apps and websites campaigns, emails, news releases, and blogsProvide regular insights and recommendations on how to further improve upon website’s overall performance

Qualifications:

·        At least three years of experience in SEO/website management

·        Demonstrated success in implementing outreach and link building strategies to deliver SEO improvements

·        Knowledge in Google Analytics and Search Console

·        Up to date with latest best practices in SEO

·        Understanding of SEO copywriting and content structure

·        Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices and ability to leverage SEO insights to optimize websites

·        Experience in writing articles and/or blog writing

·        Excellent editing skills

·        Familiarity with web design, HTML and WordPress.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Excellent analytical skills

·        Strong project management skills

·        Meticulous with extreme attention to detail

·        Highly self-motivated, independent and well organized

·        Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

·        A desire to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization

Ability to adapt to new tools and software

·       Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig on a dayshift schedule
