The Role
This is a senior level role – working in a strong team of web developers, digital media specialists and content developers - and will be working on various digital marketing & automation-related projects & assignments. This includes digital media management (Facebook, IG, TikTok, linkedin, AdWords, Bing, etc), data analysis & reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will be a strong team player, with the ability to proactively communicate and partner with all team members to ensure the client requirements are met within agreed-upon timeframes. You will also be a critical thinker, with the ability to use your digital marketing and data insights-related expertise to deliver exceptional digital marketing-related output.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Must be willing to work NZ hours. (5AM – 1:30PM Philippine Time)Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channelsKeyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levelsPerform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and mo
nthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other im
portant metrics)Write engaging and co

Required Skills
Tertiary qualified in digital marketing including industry certification (AdWords, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc)5+ years prior proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist with a strong focus on dataProven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing SpecialistProven experience in SEO marketing tools including (or similar) SEMRush, MozSEO, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Trends,Proven experience in data analysis and reportingProven experience and knowledge with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook) is preferredWorking knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Datastudio, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)Understanding of HTML and XML is a plusExcellent communication, time management, multitasking skills, and attention to detailAbility to work well with tight deadlines, agile enviro
