B. Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)
Education:
With a Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
Experience:
At least 4 years experience in program monitoring and evaluation or quantitative research/ preferably in a community-based or community driven development program setting. Proficiency in evaluation or statistical software is an advantage i.e., STATA SPSS
Training:
56 hours training related to program evaluation, quantitative data anal sis or research methodologies.

Job Summary:
In charge of managing external e
valuators and researchers. Assist in the development of internal e
valuation tools and in data analysis and reporting of e
valuation outcomes.
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Take part in improving existing internal program evaluation tools, development of additional tools as needed, and rollout to RPMOs, SRPMT and LGUs.
2. Provide technical assistance to NPOO, RPMOs and LGUs in training, planning, implementation of internal evaluation activities, and in analyzing monitoring data and evaluation results.
3. Ensure that complete and correct data and reports related to program evaluation are available in the KALAHI database.
4. Provide technical assistance in:
a. Preparing proposals for third party thematic or special studies focusing on KALAHI impact to key result areas and possible process enhancements;
b. Managing engagements with external evaluators and researchers.
c. Reviewing and analyzing results of third party thematic or special studies and preparing reports for dissemination; and
d. Consolidating and analyzing monitoring data, internal evaluation outputs and results of thematic or special studies for trends, program outcomes, best practices and lessons learned.
5. Maintain and update index of studies
6. Report to the office beyond the approved work arrangements, that may be instructed by the supervisors and deemed necessary in the exercise of duties and responsibilities.
7. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
