Job Description
Monitors and ensures that all vessels are sending required reports daily and coordinate with the vessel for submission if necessary, including counter-checking of vessel's data accuracy.Coordinate with the vessel operators for required inquiries/clarifications to understand and gain basic knowledge on the day-to-day vessel activity as needed.Ask and request necessary actions to ships and concerning parties ( correction requests, cases registrations, ships' performance check, KPI reporting etc.)Analyze and aggregate MOL operating ship data to seek any fuel-saving opportunities and take relevant actions (including corrective devices) to ship according to the MOL workflow process and guidance.Understand data flow/interchange between vessel reports and MOL internal systems including the system logic.Database management of MOL internal systems related to operational data and other contracts, vessel & owners, project progress information

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree of any related courseExperience in Business Process Improvement & DevelopmentExperience in Reports and AutomationMust have good communication skillsGood IT SkillsKnowledgeable in MS Office Package
