Job Description

Earn up to 24K MONTHLY

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must High School / SHS Graduate

- No BPO experience needed/ BPO experience is a plus

- Excellent to above-average English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Using a computerized system, responds to customer questions in a call center environment.

• May carry out one or more of the following: Response to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and logs customer calls.
