Agent Hiring Profile:

Advanced Conversational English Proficiency to communicate effectively (B2 and above for non-native speakers)Must be 21 years of age or olderExperience using a personal computer and ability to multitask, toggle between 6-8 different software applications, take notes and create rapport with customers while resolving issues over the phone to completionMust have previous experience with CRM or ticketing systemsHigh school completion or equivalent completedAbility to type 30+ words per minute at 85%+ accuracyMinimum 18 months of customer service or call center experience handling all channels of emails, phone calls and chat.
