Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of our Digital Marketing Team. You will utilise our ticketing system to process help desk enquiries to support fluid customer onboarding, product support and digital troubleshooting.

You ensure daily tasks are achieved at a high quality for efficient product ordering and delivery on behalf of all customers.

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

Ability to multi-task, self-manage workload and adhere to strict deadlines whilst consistently providing exceptional customer service at all times;Responsible for seamlessly onboarding Digital customers by maximising onboarding forms,Facebook page access, organising creative design & implementing Jobtrack set up;Coordinate all customers requests for live campaigns in compliance with AIM T&C’s for:Updating, amending, cancelling and removing duplicate orders, making creative changes and rectifying errors.Professionally collaborate with customers to open new accounts ensuring correct client flags & settings are operational for digital purposes;Endorses customer marketing and branding guidelines to the Digital creative team to design high calibre customer banners ready for social media display;Collaborate with senior team members to develop customer experience and workflow;Methodical and systematic with spreadsheets to track customer onboarding status, review analytics reports, report troubleshoot data for property websites via Sysaid or Jira;Investigates all customer concerns with a matter of urgency, and resolves ticket enquiries as per SLA and escalates any complex concerns to the correct Managers.

What we're looking for:

Open to fresh graduatesHas foundational knowledge in delivering outstanding customer service, customer solutions and initiatives;Familiar with Google Adwords and Facebook campaign implementation; Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics but not requiredAmenable to work on site (Ayala, Makati) 5:30am-2:30pm
