As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of our Digital Marketing Team. You will utilise our ticketing system to process help desk enquiries to support fluid customer onboarding, product support and digital troubleshooting.
You ensure daily tasks are achieved at a high quality for efficient product ordering and delivery on behalf of all customers.

nally collaborate with customers to open new accounts ensuring correct client flags & settings are operatio
nal for digital purposes;Endorses customer marketing and branding guidelines to the Digital creative team to design high calibre customer banners ready for social media display;Collaborate with senior team members to develop customer experience and workflow;Methodical and systematic with spreadsheets to track customer o
nboarding status, review analytics reports, report troubleshoot data for property websites via Sysaid or Jira;Investigates all customer co
ncerns with a matter of urgency, and resolves ticket enquiries as per SLA and escalates any complex co
ncerns to the correct Managers.
