Job Description

Photocopy and prepare transmittal of received client sales document (RROP, BIS, Specimen Signature and attachment, if any) to be forwarded to Management Information Group Office.Prepare Transmittal on all received payments of the Department to be forwarded to Treasury Department.Monitor Sales with Contract to buy and sell or Deed of Absolute sale.Answer all phone calls, electronic mails and letters addressed to the immediate head, routes and receives documents within the Marketing Department.Developing effective document storage and filing system.Digitizing hard copies of documents.Prepare the sales materials include Reservation Agreement form, sample computation, terms, price list, and availability listing.Answer phone calls, electronic mails and letters addressed to the immediate head, routes and receives documents within the Marketing Department.Assist PCs in their requests regarding other matters in relation to the clients purchased units.Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
