Qualifications

College degree is preferred Minimum of 5 years of work experience with a track record of accomplishment in OB / B2B sales.Must have at least 2+ years Team Leader experience in a BPO or Captive B2B Outbound Sales environment. Any local sales experience and not in a BPO set up will not be qualified.Demonstrated understanding of the call center environment and a deep disciplinary knowledge of customer service and salesExperience communicating effectively across all levels of the organizationMust be a dependable, high energy, detail-oriented person.Demonstrated embrace of our Core Values.Must be flexible with schedule and job dutiesCompany drug screen and background check are required.
