Our awesome client, a leading Retail Conglomerate Company based in AU is looking for an Inventory Analyst to be part of their Team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Plan and execute timely and accurate Allocation and Replenishment (A&R) of products to Stores co
nsidering relevant historical trends and current / future strategiesMaintain Article / Site Target Stocks, frequently reviewing and updating these in line with fluctuating Sales‘Tune’ Article / Site Target Stocks to ensure Stores have enough Stock for Promotio
nal Sales periodsSupport the Project Store stock-up process as requiredMo
nitor and manage DC stock including clearing Articles with low stock units and maintaining 180+ day Stock at zeroProvide feedback and suggestions to the Department and other key stakeholders on inventory risks and opportunitiesWork collaboratively to drive co
nsensus decisions with the Planner and the BuyerRegularly interact with Departments, Supply Chain and SuppliersCo
nduct Store Visits to ensure an understanding of the range as well as store and customers issuesAnswer Store queries including Weekly Talkback as neededCreate and collate both routine and ad hoc information used for A&R and to identify Stock issuesAssist the Planner with ad hoc analysis as neededProduce and distribute weekly Stock Management reports as requiredCo

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in related fieldBackground in Allocation (or equivalent) within a large organization, preferably RetailNumerical, analytical, organized and inquisitiveForward thinker and problem solverGood communication skills, able to succinctly articulate the problem & build co
